We, Cherokee Tactical and Arms LLC (DBA Cherokee Tactical), sell firearms and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns.
Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Cherokee Tactical meets your state, county, or city laws and regulations.
2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.
If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order, please contact us a call at (903) 594-7094.
3. FIND A LOCAL FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction. The FFL Locator on the checkout page will also assist you in finding a Licensed FFL near you.

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Heirloom Arms LLC This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
5. Once we receive your chosen FFL’s valid License, we will ship your order.
6 .Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

YOU are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm(s) you are purchasing from Cherokee Tactical (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person).
YOU are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year.
YOU have not been convicted in any court of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.
YOU are not a fugitive from justice.
YOU are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
YOU have not been adjudicated mentally defective (which includes a determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that you are a danger to yourself or to others or are incompetent to mange your own affairs) OR have not been committed to a mental institution?
YOU have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
YOU are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.
YOU have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
YOU have never renounced your United States citizenship.
YOU are not an alien illegally in the United States.
YOU are not currently on Federal NICS or State agency “DELAY” OR “DENIED” status regarding your most recent attempt to purchase a firearm. Firearm AND/OR ammunition or ammunition component sales or transfers are prohibited during these conditions.
YOU understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firearms, ammunition or ammunition components may cause exposure to lead, and you hold Cherokee Tactical harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.
In Store Pickups and Purchases:
Any firearm purchases that are picked up in store will require a NICS background check. Only a VALID TEXAS LICENSE TO CARRY PERMIT will be accepted in lieu of the NICS background check. All TEXAS state laws, as well as Federal Laws will apply to in store pickups or purchases. Cherokee Tactical has the right to refuse a sale and service to anyone based on their discretion. If a purchase was made online for in store pickup for a firearm, a full refund will be issued if we refuse to do the background check.
